At CTIA I bumped into an old friend Oliver Rohl from United Mobile.  They have a service with a sim card that provides no roaming anywhere in the world ever.  They provide a number in Liechtenstein and give the caller competitive outgoing call rates.  This is a great service for travelers who want to be able to make calls back to their office or to loved ones and not have to worry about exorbitant roaming charges when they get home.
