For the second time in so many years I ate at Kafool Hummus Fool (I have no idea how to spell this in English so I tried to spell it phonetically) and again was very pleased. It’s at 2 Nachlaot Benyamin in Tel Aviv and is a tiny place with seating for no more then 10 inside but many more outside. This time I had the chicken hummus and was surprised at how good it was. My wife had a soup and it was so big she couldn’t finish it. The atmosphere is great and the service is even better. They speak English and have no problems with large groups. We were served quickly and with a smile. I spoke with the owner Asi who told me they had been there for 4 years. I hope to make another trip there before I leave, but if I don’t make it I will without a doubt come back on my next visit to Israel. They are at the end of the street called Nachlaot Benyamin where an art fair held on Tuesdays and Fridays. It is just next to Shook HaCarmel which goes on everyday besides Saturday.
