Truphone one of my favorite mobile VOIP providers has announced 2 new flat rate plans.  I have been waiting for this kind of thing for over a year and maybe 2 years now.  They have a plan called TruUnlimited for Landlines at $14.40/month and it includes unlimited calls to landlines in 38 countries and unlimited to mobiles in USA, Canada, China, and Hong Kong.

Their second plan is called TruUnlimited for Mobiles will run you $35/month and it includes unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles in 64 countries.
