I am a heavy email user and I use Emoze on most of my E71 and N95 8gig. I would like to see Nokia add an option for email and for that matter sms, to be saved on my memory card and not the phone itself. Getting as much email as I do I read a great deal of it via Emoze and then forget about it. My problem is that some of my phones don’t have gigabytes of built in memory so they tend to fill up on email.
So Nokia I propose you give us the user the option of where we want our email stored. Taking this the next step I would really like to be able to keep the last 3 days of email on my phone and the rest on my memory card. So every day the email that came in 4 days ago is transferred to the card and removed from the phone.
I don’t know if this is reasonable but I hope it’s at least considered. Â Anybody else have some thoughts on this?
You can download Emoze directly to your mobile from m.emoze.com

You Can.
in the messaging app go to settings and the other.
in there you will see memory in use – change this to Memory card…..
…the only problem with this is that you can’t then put the phone in mass storage mode and you get error’s when you remove the memory card if the phone is powered up.

I have Nokia Messaging installed. I emptied out the deleted items folder and went from 12mb of internal storage to 26mb
