I&#039;m sorry to hear you&#039;re having trouble with installing emoze.  Can you email me a little more explanation of what&#039;s happening?  Are you giving the account time to populate the folder?  It may take a few minutes depending on how much email you have.  
What kind of phone do you have?  
My emoze email address is Jeb@emoze.com.  I think email will be a bit easier for us to get this resolved.
